Refunds and Returns Policy
RV Spares Online offers a fair return policy for incorrect items sent, items arriving damaged, and faulty or defective items. We value our customers and want full confidence in our products and service.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please use the “Contact Us” tab on the homepage.
Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Item Supplied
If we make a mistake we want to fix it for you! We will cover the costs of the return and sending of a new item. This applies if we have an incorrect description or photo on our listing, or if we send you the incorrect item. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days before you attempt installation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Warranty Issues
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to most items. The period of warranty is mostly shown on each item, however as a general rule it is 12 months for appliances and 3 months for spare parts from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty problem in this period please contact us through “My Account”. You are responsible for the return of the item to RV Spares. We will pay to return the item to you.
Change of Mind
We do not offer a refund for simply changing your mind. Please do your research and choose carefully when purchasing from our store. We are always available to be contacted if you are unsure about anything and need more information.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@localhost
