      • This sealant makes a very nice self levelled finish on roofs - not suitable for walls
      Lap sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration. It will not stain or discolour the roofing material to which it is applied.

      We use our regular silicone to fit and adhere the part we are affixing, then use this self leveling product to finish and complete the seal. This product is a sealant not an adhesive.

      Prior to application, clean the surface of all foreign materials.  Allow surface to dry.  Use standard caulking equipment to apply Self-leveling Sealant.  In cold weather, warm container at room temperature 16°C – 27°C.DO NOT USE on vertical surfaces.
